"I got to know David through a mutual friend, Erko Jun (a top MMA fighter by the way) in early 2021. From the first intake interview, I noticed his professional approach and attitude. Over the next 8-9 months, my initial impression was only confirmed.
During the first months, we worked on my 'weak' points. I had to focus a lot on the back of my body: neck, back, glutes, hamstrings, and calves.
